These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PawScribe platform, operated by PawScribe Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. By accessing or using PawScribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. 1. Service Description PawScribe provides AI-powered clinical documentation tools for veterinary practices, including voice-to-SOAP note generation, diagnostic pattern detection, and prescription management. The platform is intended for use by licensed veterinary professionals and authorized staff. 2. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 3. Acceptable Use You agree to use PawScribe only for lawful purposes related to veterinary clinical documentation. You may not use the platform to generate fraudulent medical records, misrepresent clinical findings, or violate any applicable veterinary practice regulations. 4. AI-Generated Content PawScribe's AI-generated SOAP notes, diagnostic suggestions, and prescription recommendations are tools to assist clinical decision-making. They do not constitute veterinary medical advice. The reviewing veterinarian is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all clinical records. 5. Subscription and Billing Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. 6. Limitation of Liability PawScribe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to clinical outcomes based on AI-generated suggestions. 7. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
